This picnic was the perfect way to kick off our Summer Series before welcoming our new interns to the office.
As we kick off our Summer Series, we extend a warm welcome to our talented group of interns who will be joining us in the office. This series offers a unique opportunity for all employees, including our interns, to actively participate in biweekly meetings designed to enhance their understanding of our firm and foster industry knowledge sharing. These sessions will showcase a diverse range of WJ projects, highlighting various typologies and phases of completion. Senior team members will share valuable insights and difficulties they have encoutered along the way. Aditionally, the series will feature hard hat tours, enabling our team to witness firsthand how their dedicated work contributes to bringing designs to life.
The Summer Series will also include engaging sessions hosted by each of our offices, promoting education and strengthening connections across our entire firm.
