The Skills Center Collaborative will feature 40,800 sq. ft. of warehouse and retail space, 37,000 sq. ft. of program space, and 18,000 sq. ft. of office space.

The project includes the construction of a new gymnasium structure and extensive renovations to the existing building to accommodate a diverse program mix including an indoor multi-sport event space, esports facility, café, office space, and more.
