A new 21,000 sf church with gymnasium, church offices, multipurpose rooms, welcome center, café, lounge, choir room, kitchen, and storage.

The multipurpose building contains various assembly functions including a multipurpose sanctuary space with 8,000 sf accommodating seating for 310 people during worship services also containing basketball and volleyball courts, a stage area of 950 sf serving the sanctuary, 8 classrooms each between 300 and 400 sf accommodating the church Sunday school activities and during the week daycare facilities for preschool children, and a Grand Lobby with 4,200 sf serving the Sanctuary and Classrooms with a Coffee Bar and access to the main toilet facilities.

The project scope also includes new and upgraded parking facilities for 160 vehicles.
