This investment conference hosts CEOs from companies Barons invests in, Barons portfolio managers, as well as Ron Baron himself. The guest CEO speaker lineup has included the Carlyle Group's co-founder David Rubenstein, Under Armour's founder/CEO Kevin Plank and Vail Resorts' Rob Katz, just to name a few.

While this is an investment conference, the tradition of this conference includes surprise musical entertainment guests. Performances happen during the lunch hour with a headliner closing the conference. When you arrive at check-in, you select where you want to eat lunch based on the genre of music you want to hear.
